The Well-Being Moment
Just 15 minutes long, these LIVE, ONLINE sessions will help you to keep your feelings of well-being strong. These segments are long enough to be effective, yet short enough to fit into your schedule.
Sometimes we soothe and relax, other times we energize and inspired, but it’s always wonderful!
Based on the needs of those who attend on the day, we’ll explore different ways of increasing well being -- strategies that you can incorporate into your everyday life as part of your regular self-care practice. We’ll draw upon a variety of ways to do this, including guided relaxation, breathing techniques, gentle movement and stretching, moments of appreciation, and other mood-lifting processes -- to get and keep those good feelings flowing freely! These are practices that you can do while you are in a work or work-from-home environment. No special equipment is needed; all techniques are done seated or standing, and are designed to fit into whatever you are doing.
