Be a part of shaping the focus of the live session

The Well-Being Moment Sessions are recorded live and take shape based on the emotional state and energy level of those in attendance. Often, a session can serve as a transition between what has been and what’s coming next. Just as you have benefited from what others have desired during these sessions, surely many will benefit from yours too. This is a simple way of saying we are all connected and in this together!

When sessions are recorded in Zoom, participants are off-screen; only my video as a presenter is recorded. During the times I ask for feedback to share with The Well-Being Moment Community, if you choose to participate, only audio will be recorded. Your name is not used, unless I am given permission.
